Upcoming Dough Therapy- Sourdough Workshop

Dough Therapy is a stress relieving, therapeutic sensory play class where we build Sourdough. 

Together we will walk through making bread out of “Poolish” a 19th century Pre ferment (Sourdough starter) and build dough balls to take home and bake. The class comes with a booklet with all the information we go over in the class as well as baking instructions for when you go home.

During the rising periods (waiting for our dough to rise so we can shape it) we provide organic meal and drinks—- beer, tea, water and go over questions.

Workshops are typically 4 hours long. We cap the class at 15 participants. This keeps our classes intimate allowing for quiet meditative time working with your dough.

Children are allowed to join with their parent depending on age and situation. If you are interested in bringing your kids please set this up with us in advance.

Our classes are a blend of educational meets therapeutic.
